- Each user can submit only one screenshot per monthly contest.
- - Each month's contest can be "themed", for example, "general aviation". Please try to follow the month's theme as closely as you can.
- - Reply to the topic with your screenshot and a short description or caption.
- - No screenshots are to be edited apart from simple cropping of the image.
- - Once you have entered your screenshot you cannot withdraw it or change it, this prevents confusion.
- - The dimensions for the image must be no narrower than 800 pixels nor any shorter than 600 pixels.
- - You may submit your entry as an attachment to the message. If you do not wish to use the attachment function, you may host the image on an offsite image hosting site such as photobucket or imageshack. Link to the image with a smaller thumbnail image. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO YOUR IMAGE as this will disrupt the formatting of this site and render it unreadable.
- - The cut off date for each month's contest submission is 11:59 PM (GMT) on the last day of the month.
- - Judging for each month's contest will be done on the following month (e.g. November contest judging will be done in December) by YSP staff members. YSP staff MAY also choose to put a number of finalist on a poll that will be open to all YSP members to vote.
- - If any YSP staff members that choose to participate in a month's contest he/she will be excluded from the judging process for that months' contest.
- - Any submissions that are deemed to be breaking any of the above rules will be deleted immediately with no prior warning. No exceptions will be made.
